1. Controller
Entavira, S.A. de C.V., located at Cerrada de la Herradura number 12, postal code 91500, Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico, is responsible for personal data collected through the Portal and Entavira commercial channels.
2. Personal data
Commercial registration may request a name, company, corporate email, phone when selected, sector, card-payment method, PCI DSS process owner, commercial intent, message and diagnostic context. The Portal does not request card data, passwords, identity documents, PCI DSS evidence or sensitive personal data.
3. Purposes
We use this information to receive and respond to requests, understand the context, manage contracting and external payment steps, contact the requester, prevent duplicates, preserve commercial follow-up evidence, and meet applicable legal, contractual and security duties. It is not used to answer PCI DSS on the company's behalf or make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Optional analytics
Optional analytics helps us understand which Portal journeys are useful. It may be rejected without limiting access to content. Diagnostic answers and card data are not sent through analytics.
5. Limiting use and withdrawal
You may reject analytics in the Portal notice. To limit communications or withdraw consent, contact the privacy address below. Withdrawal is not retroactive.
6. Processors and transfers
Hostinger provides hosting, infrastructure and email services. Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms against automated abuse. They act as technology processors under Entavira's instructions and do not receive data for their own commercial purposes. Entavira does not transfer personal data to third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law or a competent authority.
7. Retention
Commercial requests are retained for six months after the last interaction. If a contractual relationship is established, necessary data is retained for the relationship and any additional legal or contractual period. Data is then securely blocked and deleted.
8. Security
Entavira maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to risk. People and providers involved in processing must preserve confidentiality.
9. ARCO rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection by writing to privacidad@entavira.com. Include your name, notification method, proof of identity or representation, a description of the data and right concerned, and information that helps locate it.
10. Changes
Changes will be published at this address. If a change requires new consent, it will be requested before data is used for the new purpose.
